5th Annual Buffalo Living Tour

Each year, people from around the area take advantage of the Buffalo Living Tour, to see firsthand some of the most exciting new residential developments in the city. The free tour showcases myriad condos, lofts and apartments. This is the fifth year that the tour will unfold in Buffalo, bringing with it an inside look into some the city‘s newest and swankiest new digs. It’s the perfect way to check out what’s going on without any sort of commitment. It’s also a great way to see numerous pads all in one day.

We will be showing off the best variety of living spaces…

“This year will be a banner year for our event,” said Paul D. Maurer, the Tour’s organizer, “We will be showing off the best variety of living spaces and Western New Yorkers will be awestruck by what our Buffalo developers will be featuring!”

In 2016 there will be up to a dozen residential properties featured on the tour. Look for the handy guide around Buffalo, at coffee shops and other high trafficked spots.

The guide will also be available at www.buffalolivingtour.net.

2015’s viewing opportunities included:

  • Wayne & Waldorf Apartments
  • 1285 Main Street
  • The Ambassador
  • Warehouse Lofts Condominiums
  • Seneca Street Lofts
  • The Fairmont
  • Apartments at The Hub

This year, following the tour, guests are invited to attend a happy hour at yet-to-be-determined location.

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
