This autumn, Brunch lovers will once again be treated to some fantastic “bagels and brooze” delights, as Breadhive bakery takes over the brick oven at the Hydraulic Hearth each and every Saturday. Hydraulic Hearth (restaurant and brewery) and Breadhive (West Side co-op bakery) will be teaming up to create and serve a number of heavenly bagel sandwiches, designed around the brunch concept. Bagels & Brooze kicks off on October 10, from 11am to 3pm.
Saturday brunch enthusiasts will enjoy live music, a la carte and bagel sandwiches, a full bar, and a variety of shaken, stirred, mixed, whipped and topped edible and drinkable concoctions, served up using a number of local Buffalo fan favorites including the “short stack”, using Buffalo Distilling Company’s One Foot Cock bourbon.
It’s Buffalo’s brunch with lots of local flare.
Live music line-up features the Rear View Ramblers (every first Saturday), Vitamin D (second), Band Named Sue (third) and Jony James (fourth).
