Adam Mickiewicz Library Christmas/End of the World Party Saturday

Adam Mickiewicz Library Christmas/End of the World Party Saturday

Come out to the oldest Polish organization in Buffalo to celebrate Christmas and the end of the world this Saturday. The party will be held at the Adam Mickiewicz Library and Dramatic Circle (612 Fillmore Avenue) from 8pm to 1am this Saturday.

This annual Christmas party will feature a new twist with this unique party featuring special guests, Aaron Otaka & Scott Wendel with a blend of popular holiday music. Admission is $5.00 per person unless you have proof of membership to the club, bring food or snacks, or show up in a Christmas sweater, which grants you free admission.

If you opt for the Christmas sweater for free admission, make it an ugly one as there will be an ugly sweater contest. There will also be a raffle held during the party. Beer specials will be featured at the bar and for those who have yet to venture to the Library, this will be a great event to come out for the first time. The atmosphere is always lively, the pool table is free, and the selection of imported and tasty beers never fails to satisfy.

You can RSVP on Facebook by clicking here for the link.

Per the Central Terminal/Broadway Alive websites.

The new light for the Central Terminal will be on display.

For those who aren't aware the light in the end was donated by the owner providing the funds raised go to the re tile effort.

Great news about the light. That's certainly a mushy holiday moment! And that roof could use every dollar.

Definitely going to this one. Saw a pic of the light in the backseat of Chris' vehicle today on its way home - great community-driven endeavor.
