If you're going to do the Oktoberfest circuit, then you need to include The Broadway Market in your plans. On Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, the market will feature live authentic German music along with a beer garden serving up brews from Community Beers Works, Flying Bison Brewery and the Adam Mickiewicz Library. Stomp your feet and clap your hands as The Auslanders play classic German tunes for the crowd from noon to 3:00 pm.

This is an Oktoberfest that pays tribute to all of the family-owned businesses* that are open year 'round - some new and some old. Explore the market in search of all sorts of delicious fare. One of the newest additions to the market line-up is Deb's Delights - a business that specializes in homemade canned goods including various pickles, chili sauces, salsas, mustards, jams, pickled garlic and pepper jellies.
If you've been waiting for an invitation to visit The Broadway Market, here it is. Not only will you get to check out all of the old world businesses, you'll also get to celebrate Oktoberfest in a neighborhood where German roots and traditions still run deep to this very day.
*Check out the Broadway Market's website, www.broadwaymarket.org for a complete list of vendors. For additional information contact the market at 716-893-0705. The market is located at 999 Broadway and is open every day 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, except Sunday. Parking is available in the parking ramp attached to the market.
