Painting, someday. I have far too little patience for that now which is part of the reason why I am a photographer; instant gratification.

The same general purpose of all artists to shine a light on this experience we call life
How often do you work on your art?
If I'm not shooting, I'm setting up shoots or hatching schemes for fun new projects
What or who first prompted you to venture into the art world?
Whether I produced art or not, I have always been an artist; it's a way of seeing and feeling. To be more specific, I was about to apply to the Master's program in Political Science at UB when I decided to take a semester of creative coursework. I registered for a class in digital photography which required the purchase of a digital camera and that was it. I found that 'thing I was meant to do' that I knew I would never find by looking.
Have you been schooled in art? Are you planning on attending art school? If so, where?
No. Besides the one class at UB and one class in High School, I am completely self-taught.

Studio Hart
What are your strengths?

Overextending myself

I am a commercial artist - I get paid to do something I love
What's the worst thing about being an artist?
You put yourself on the line constantly
Where is your current/next show in the city? Dates? Opening night?
I have a show lined up for October at Artspace Buffalo Gallery but this may change. I'm working on a partnership/event with a local arts fundraising organization
What is the title and theme of the show/s?
Nope, can't give that away. It's a surprise
