I'm curious about how the City did or did not deal with the aggressive panhandlers in Lafayette Square as well as the other main thoroughfares of Downtown Buffalo when the Preservation Convention was in town. I'm sure no one wanted the attendees to have their enjoyment of Buffalo's architecture marred by some of the over-the-top panhandlers that many of us have personally experienced.
