There are just six residences remaining at Avant. Uniland Development Company has sold twenty-one of the luxury units to date. The condominiums occupy the top three floors of the mixed-use project at 200 Delaware Avenue.
"It is exciting that our community has responded to Avant in such a positive manner," said Ellen Warner, Residential Sales Manager. "We've proven that there remains a demand for high-quality residential properties in the City of Buffalo. The six remaining condos have magnificent views and can be designed to the owner's specifications. We continue to use only top of the line finishes from the best distributors in Buffalo."
Available residences include a two-bedroom, 1,453 sq.ft. unit on the fourteenth floor priced at $475,000. Four of the remaining units are corner residences and three are priced at $1 million or more. A two-level unit with three-bedrooms, three and a half baths, and 3,318 sq.ft. of living space on the 16th floor is priced at $1.4 million.
Each residence in the building has at least one balcony. Many of the units have both cityscape and water views.
Ceiling heights are 10' on the 14th and 15th floors and up to 18' on the 16th floor. Units feature high-end finishes, in-unit laundries, large walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens, and same-floor storage areas. Each unit has two dedicated parking spots in the building's underground parking garage.
Residents have access to the Embassy Suites' second floor pool and fitness center, room service, valet parking, housekeeping and catering services. Amenities include a conference room on the 14th floor, a fitness center on the 15th floor and a solarium/party room on the 16th floor.
Avant successfully blends a mix of residential, office and hotel uses. The Embassy Suites hotel on the first eight floors has 182 rooms. Nearly all of the building's 128,000 sq.ft. of office space on floors 9 through 12 is leased. Law firm Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP is moving into its 9th and 10th floor office space on October 3. The firm is moving from the Bank of America Building on Fountain Plaza.

Great news for Avant. Job well done to Uniland which comitted to a project that had quite a few naysayers.
I can't help but wonder what these final sales mean for the residential tower development at Gates circle also that was put on hold to let Avant succeed. Will Uniland proceed when Avant is full or will they wait until the national economy recovers which could take a few more years at this rate.
I hope we hear something within the next year because it's a solid project in a great area.
It's currently a parking lot. They should have just left the restaurant be till they were completly sure they were ready to build the tower.
Then they would have been left with a tax bill each year, a pending lawsuit and about two years worth of legal wrangling to get it done. The place looked like the Swiss Chalet anyway, not that there is anything wrong with the Swiss Chalet, their house Pinot Noir is simply my fav.
It also makes me wonder whether plans for Pasquale#2 will be dusted off.
As far as the Gates Circle, it makes far more sense for whatever available monies to be directed toward the closing and redevelopment of Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital.
Millard Fillmore Gates isn't being redeveloped by Uniland...at least not yet...so they wouldn't direct money towards that project anyway.
