Leave a commentThis is one of three arch keystones on the bridge serving as a ramp to the 198 at the end of Lincoln Parkway. The bridge spans the connecting water between Hoyt Lake and the pond in front of the Historical Society.
Now that I look closer, it's a different bridge.
I'm thinking the one near Main and Delavan.

You're right... it's on the bridge that is found at Main Street at Forest Lawn. It's where Scajaquada Creek flows back above ground before winding through the cemetery. There's a small waterfall there too. Good job!
The date "1921" gave it away. Laughs.
Actually, now that I think about it, is the 198 on-ramp bridge over Hoyt Lake original from the Pan Am?
Its the outlet for the Scajaquada Drain. Thats my final answer.
Only WNY_Nick is fully correct, because it is not a bridge at all - it's a wall.
Related trivia: The Main Street bridge over the creek is still there - they buried it along with the creek !
I think this is a bridge somewhere, maybe one of the train areas in north Buffalo
