Juneteenth of Buffalo
The third largest Juneteenth in the country will soon be underway. As the waterfront gets into full swing this weekend, the East Side of the city will be partying to the beat of its own drum. Grab your friends and head over to a festival that is filled with music and dancing, food and family-friendly fun. This is the 36th consecutive year that organizers have orchestrated this massive undertaking.

This year's festivities include:

Saturday Schedule:
Praise & Worship 9:00am - 11:00am
11:00am SHARP Parade
Followed by Festivities in Park until 8:00pm

Sunday Schedule:
Praise & Worship 10:00am - 12:00noon
Followed by Festivities in Park until 8:00pm

Festival includes Main Entertainment Stage, vendors, Health Pavilion, Book Fair, free Underground Railroad Tours, Children Activities tent, Health Pavilion, Family Portrait Booth, African Drum and Dance lessons, a Heritage Tent, Hospitality Tent, Youth Activities and more.

Event: 36th Consecutive Juneteenth Festival of Buffalo
Date: Saturday June 18th & Sunday June 19th
Place: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park

Parade begins at 11:00 AM sharp. The parade starts at Genesee & Moselle Streets. Parade will proceed down Genesee into the park.
