Shutterbugs get ready to snap away at this year's Buffalo Powder Keg Festival. The photo contest is being sponsored by Delaware Camera Mart and is being headed up by local photographer Joe Cascio. The rules are easy - the images (JPG format 72 dpi) must be shot within festival perimeter and must be submitted to Joe by the following Sunday, March 7th (subject line: PK Photo Contest). Joe will announce the winner one week later.
Anyone is welcome to enter and though I'm not sure what the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes are going to be, Joe assures me that the winners will be happy. We will announce the prizes on the Powder Keg Festival Facebook site. Contest judges are Joe Casio, Michael W. Thomas and a third judge that will be announced at a later date. Entry is as easy as sending Joe three images taken during the festival - please send submissions here.

If this is entered in JPG Format why aren't they accepting submissions via email? I would think that would be the most efficient way to get the entries in this contest. He does not specify what to put them on, print them out, what? Need more info...
