What a great image. Very quaint and inviting. I love traveling down Amherst and once you make the bend past Wegman's you feel like you are entering a Village. The scale changes, the shops become more frequent and denser, the streetscape is upkept.
This part of Black Rock I definitely think is about the pop. Places like Artsphere are going to just bring new people, ideas and energy here.
