Nickel City Chef Video

Nickel City Chef is gearing up for its second season.  We were thrilled with the popularity and success of Season One, and are looking forward to bringing you twice the number of competitions and twice the fun in Season Two!

For those of you who don't know, Nickel City Chef is a live cooking competition that takes place in the breathtaking showroom of Artisan Kitchens & Baths.  In each competition, two top WNY chefs vie to complete the most technically perfect and delicious three-course menu featuring a secret ingredient in just an hour.  A panel of judges made up of celebrities and industry pros select the winner while the audience looks on. Hosted by WBFO's Bert Gambini and Chef Mike Andrzejewski of Tsunami/SeaBar fame, it is a stellar event series designed to showcase the remarkable talent of area chefs. To take it even one step further, the secret ingredient is always something that is grown or produced right here in WNY.

Currently seeking applications from Challenging Chefs, Nickel City Chef is thrilled to share this brand new video clip which overviews Season One.   It features Nickel City Chefs Adam Goetz of Sample, Paul Jenkins of Tempo, JJ Richert of Torches and Krista Van Wagner of Curly's, Challenging Chefs Kate Elliott of Juniper, Bruce Wieszala of Verbena/The Stillwater, Joseph Fenush III of Park Country Club and Brian Meitus of Bacchus along with secret ingredients from Oles Farm/Promisedland CSA, White Cow Dairy, Spar's European Sausage and Eggland's Best Eggs.

We hope you enjoy it!

Thank you for your interest, redonionconspiracy.

Tickets for Nickel City Chef's second season will go on sale in January. They sell out very quickly, so to stay on top of things, I would suggest becoming a fan of Nickel City Chef on Facebook. We make most of our announcements there first, and this year, FB fans will get a lead on purchasing tickets before we announce sales to the general public.
