night during the premiere of Tableland, Buffalo debuted its own culinary exploration
in Buffalo: You’ll Eat it Up!
Filmed and edited by Buffalo’s own award-winning filmmaker, John Paget,
and produced by the Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau, Buffalo:
You’ll Eat it Up! is a short film highlighting the rich culinary scene in our
Queen City.

regional favorites, fine dining, farmer’s markets, wineries and food
festivals. From the recent
creation of Beef on Weck maki rolls at SeaBar to the age-old tradition of Beef
on Weck at Schwabl’s, this video serves as an overview to the diverse Buffalo
culinary scene.
