Local Restaurants Week! Food for $20.09

Local Restaurants Week! Food for $20.09

Local Restaurant Week is back!  This time, the theme is fall harvest.  Each participating restaurant will showcase a local wine and a local beer to reinforce the commitment to our local businesses.  Over the past year or so, there has been a drastic increase in using locally grown food and locally produced wines and beers.

The best dishes come from the freshest ingredients.  Buying local is economically beneficial for not only the farmers, wineries and breweries, but also for our local economy and our taste buds! Everyone wins!

The September Local Restaurant week will feature specials made with locally grown and sourced products this fall.  It is a great opportunity to dine out and sample our local cuisine for $20.09, and for the price, many of the restaurants will include drinks or make it a couples deal.  Because of the popularity of the specials, restaurants may run out towards the end of the night - so get there early, and sample as many local places as you can.

Registration for restaurants, wineries and breweries is only available until September 19th.  The $20.09 deals will happen from September 21th till the 28th.  For an updated list of participating restaurants, visit the event web site

Sweet, I'll be looking fwd to this again. Last restaurant week I went to O'Connells and had a great 5 or 6 course tasting menu. It was almost a steal at 20.09 and a nice change from the uninspired obligatory steak/seafood/pasta that most every restaurant was offering.

I really enjoyed this event last time. My boyfriend and I went to a restaurant we had never been to before. Looking forward to trying out another new place.
