A lot of things can be said about the game, and I'm not going to cover all of them. But here's a very short list of things I took in:
Everyone's talking about the no-huddle offense. They looked better versed in the art of the no-huddle, which, when executed properly, is incredibly dangerous (See: '88-'89 Bengals, K-Gun, Peyton Manning). They ran it well, resulting in an excellent passing game. Edwards went 10 for 10 with 79 yards. Would have been nice to see him put some points on the board though. Ryan Fitzpatrick looked strong too, with his 143 yards and proper handling of the no-huddle (he's a smart dude. 48 on the Wonderlic!), and Gibran Hamden threw a TD in the 3rd quarter.
Lee Evans looked great, which says a lot without TO being there to take away so much coverage on him. Seeing the offense converting on 3rd down was fun, and the 4th and 1 bootleg was great. The defense looked good, especially with Leodis' interception on Jay Cutler, and the line maintaining good pressure on him.
I liked seeing an improved offense, O-line, and no-huddle. Again, I'd like to see our starters put a touchdown on the board in an early drive. The real test for the Bills will come August 29th, when they head into Steeler territory to test their new offense on the defending Superbowl champs. But first, they take on Green Bay next week.
Thoughts?

Would have like to see Trent throw the ball down field a little more. I mean when the slant pass works, you should take advantage of it...but it's the preseason and I would like to see #5 throw the ball 15 plus yards. Additionally, I would have loved to see the Bills go for the TD to end the half...come on a field goal? It's the preseason...live a little.
