Would you vote for Carl Paladino if he ran for Governor of New York?

I find that defining the word "cool" is difficult due to its being so subjective. I will, however, be so bold as to endeavor to qualify a piece of real estate as cool no matter what the semantical issues may be. After much deliberation, wherein I weighed all sorts of attributes such as size, shape, interior, cost, and any seemingly superfluous pleasantries, I've decided to stick to what I know best, my neighborhood.
I walk past 23 Wadsworth Street
Here is a list of what is available within three blocks of 23 Wadsworth; Spirits of Allentown, KC's Fitness, Paw Prints, Nietzsche's, The Bend, Staples, Sample, Allen St. Hardware, Holly Farms, Antique Man, Lagniappes, Mulligan's Brick Bar, College Street Gallery, The Old Pink,Sp@ce 224, The Theatre of Youth, Sweet Tooth, Rust Belt Books, La Tee Da, Jim's SteakOut, Rick's Sportswear, and Gelsey's Fashions. This is all available before you even cross Elmwood! You add a fourth or fifth block, and the list runs on and on.
23 Wadsworth is a newly refurbished two-family home that includes a one-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. It is suggested that the space would be perfect for accommodating an art studio or boutique. The building has off-street parking which comes as huge bonus considering the popularity of the locale. You can take a look at the specifics and a few interior shots at realtor.com.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking the quiet suburban life, but if you are a true city dweller and can't live without your connection to all the great

Thats pretty cool, hopefully all those establishments don't get too cool, because then they may become uncool.

Buy this place, and whenever you run low on groceries you can always cross the street and join the 'street people' for a free meal at Friends of Night People !

ps - I believe it does not include a parking place, as the lot is only 25 feet wide. Parking isn't mentioned in the listing, either.
This place looks like a case of Extreme House Flipping - it sold for $7500 in 2002.
