Mayor Byron Brown has announced his support for the High Speed Rail New York
Coalition, an organization pushing for the construction of a

The High Speed Rail New York Coalition is made up of local governments, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, metropolitan planning organizations and tourism bureaus across Upstate New York. The report that the coalition submitted to Joesph Szabo on July 31st focused on the economic development, positive environmental impact, and quality of life benefits this rail system can provide.
