What Would You Ask Ray Bradbury?
The Buffalo International Film Festival will be held in October 2009. And live via-satellite from Los Angeles, there will be a video feed of Ray Bradbury. Yes, the very same Ray Bradbury who authored novels like Fahrenheit 451 and The Martian Chronicles, 20 plays, 40 short story collections, and tons of other works. Bradbury will answer three questions from Western New Yorkers at the festival.

"We want Western New Yorkers to have this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with one of the greatest writers of our century," said Edward Summer, President of the Buffalo International Film Festival, "so we're holding a little contest to select the three best questions to ask. It will be a hard choice, but we have limited time at the event."
The three questions will be reviewed for imagination, insight and relevance to Western New York history. Only three questions will be selected, and the judges' decisions are final.
Here are some rules to follow:
1.) Use three sentences or less. Don't ramble! It won't be accepted.
2.) Ideally, questions should be typed, but if you're one of the 1% of people with legible handwriting, that's fine too. If it's illegible, it won't be accepted.
3.) Include the following information:
Name
Address
City, State, Country, Zip code
Phone number
E-mail address
Year of birth
Occupation
The only information that will be made public is your name and occupation. The rest is just for contacting purposes.
