Wondering what it might be like to live downtown and avoid the grind of morning commutes? Looking for innovative ideas for decorating an ordinary living room? You've heard and read about all of the new downtown residential projects, on Saturday from Noon until 3 pm you can see first-hand thirteen of the projects in this exciting housing surge including six properties new to the tour.
The free tour will feature units at The Belesario, The Bellesara, Ellicott Commons, Cobblestone Lofts, The Cooperage, Avant (off-site sales office), Pasquale at Waterfront Place, IS Lofts, Lofts @ Elk Terminal, The Whitney, Allentown Lofts, Historic Warehouse Lofts, and a restored carriage house on Franklin Street.
A tour map and guide may be picked up at Electric Tower located at 535 Washington Street on Saturday. The tour is self-guided. Due to the distance between the projects, transportation between properties is necessary, but will not be provided. All properties are within several blocks of metro rail stations and many are within walking distance of each other.
The Downtown Housing Tour is sponsored by Buffalo Place.
Whether you're looking to make a lifestyle change by moving Downtown, or you are simply curious to see decorating trends and unique architecture, this tour is for you. See you there!

My husband bought our building(near downtown) 25 years ago after returning from living in Toronto. It's great to see that other Buffaloons are starting to catch up!
