With the recent closing of Definitely Buffalo, the Buffalo Niagara Visitors Center is the one-stop-shop to get all the latest and coolest Buffalo merchandise. This is the place to get your authentic I Love Buffalo T-shirts along with an array of other great souvenirs that include Anchor Bar hot sauce and Buffalo sports team memorabilia. If the center does not carry the item you are looking for, they will get it for you.
Summer is finally here and everything needed to plan an outing in Buffalo is provided at the Buffalo Niagara Visitors Center. Whether you need directions, maps, schedules for upcoming events or brochures, you will find it at the center. Residents, guests and visitors can learn all about what Buffalo has to offer by visiting the center, or by calling or emailing the center with any questions they may have.
By stopping into the visitor center, you can experience everything offered to the full extent with video previews of the city, a mini art gallery, endless visitor guides, coupon books and friendly faces to answer questions. The Star Theater, small and cozy, allows people to get a taste of what they can see and visit with a 5 to 10 minute video clip of various attractions throughout Buffalo. Niagara Falls, Old Fort Niagara, East Aurora and the architecture of Buffalo are some of the themes of the video clips. Works themed around divinity and urban mysticism by Soyolma, nominated 2008 Female Artist of the Year by the Union of Mongolian Artists, are currently on display at the Visitors Gallery. For those coming from out of town, the visitor center offers internet access for email and other online activities.
The visitor center is located inside the Market Arcade Building at 617 Main Street and is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, and on Saturdays from 10AM to 2PM. To contact the visitor center please call 716.852.BFLO, 800.BUFFALO or email info@buffalocvb.org.
