Friday, March 13th - 10-3 (4-9pm at Tempo)

Saturday, March 14th - 10am-6pm

A portion of all proceeds from the sale of the clothing will be donated to The Steadfast Foundation (a 501c3) for use by Roswell Park Cancer Institute to benefit Carly's Club.

Did the space above this (former Chochkeys) finally lease? Looks like there's inventory in the windows.

ooooooorrrrr, Miller's store is in the upper space?

It'd be great if he became a mainstay!

Finally, now I wont have to drive all the way out to Napoli's, to get all the latest designer labels.

doesnt really strike me as the best timing to test a market

Is this a test of the market? It would be great to have a new store, considering Ultimate Men's Shop is gone - although LuModern does a great job, too.

granted he's injured and has some time on his hands but why else would he open shop for 4 days if not to test the market? Not that he really needs to, doubt he'll miss much if the shop has a slow day.

This store is very similar to Tony Walker and would fill a niche on the street. Hope it stays.

MSU is currently on spring break, so with all of the students home, they decided it would be a good time to head over to Buffalo for a week.

Lu Modern does a great job? I hope you are kidding. I'm sorry but Gant is not exactly a fresh designer brand. Perhaps is was in the 70's, but Lu Modern could not possibly be more out of touch with fashion.

How can the people of Michigan afford a $200 pair of jeans?

How did they come up with $200 for those sneakers?

College students have disposable income plus that age group is usually more concerned about looking good/keeping up with the latest trends more than others.

4 days are not a good indicator to test a market. create's a false sense of need for the items as it will be sorta busy knowing it is only a 4 day sale. we all know there is no need for high fashion in buffalo as it is not supported. compile a list of the "designer" boutique stores that have come and gone in the last few years [such as ultimate mens store, beu-te-ful and damsel]. buffalo is a tshirt/football jersy/sweats kinda town. nothing wrong with that, just is what it is.

Isn't that why credit card companies bombard that demographic with card offers in the mail every day, capital one anyone? You dont actually need to have money to purchase 200 dollar jeans if your a poor college student, just put on the card. The few disposable dollars they have can go towards beer and ramen noodles.

It will be nice to have a high end fashion store in the villiage. I hate having to drive to amherst to buy jeans/casual clothes at Tony Walker in Amherst. They have some nice clothes at Urban and Lu Modern, but can't suite all of my needs and that of many other city dwellers!
